Shala means 'home' in Sanskrit, and thats what we aim to create for our students, a home away from home, a place where you can be nurtured. It is a collaboration of love, practice and community.
Co-owners Eunice and Kim both share a deep love of Yoga and together aim to share this love with their growing community.

Classes start and end on time so be sure you are at the studio before time start as studio doors are closed and locked during class for the safety of students and their belongings.
