Carmen first got into yoga by following one of her friends to a heated vinyasa class. Since then, she has enjoyed the many benefits that yoga brings to the mind and body.
In 2021, she decided to complete a 350 hour teacher training course to share her joy and passion for yoga. She finds that helping individuals in their path to becoming stronger, more flexible and mindful is empowering.
