Melinda is a passionate Pilates and Barre teacher who loves energetic and dynamic classes.


Melinda has always been in to fitness and decided to try Pilates just for fun. Melinda realised the fun was infectious and now practices Pilates regularly to keep fit and maintain flexibility and mobility. It was the challenging and creative classes by other teachers that inspired her to become a Pilates teacher, and in early 2021 received her teaching accreditation. Melinda has been a Shala member for quite some time and is excited to be one of our teachers.
