Haven't been to a Hot class before?

Our teachers are here to help you and to make your first class as safe and enjoyable as possible.


Be sure to bring water, a mat and a towel (or two) because you are going to sweat — a lot. If you don't have a mat of your own, you can rent or buy one at the studio. Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to class to familiarise yourself with the studio and ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your experience.

Can I still come to the Shala if I have not had a COVID-19 approved vaccination?

As the requirements currently stand and looking forward to and beyond December 17th the answer is YES! We will update with any updates as they come to hand.


What should I wear?

Something comfortable, tights or shorts, yoga crop top or t-shirt.


What if I'm not flexible?

We practice yoga to be flexible. This is precisely what you need!

What do I need to bring?

Water, mat, a towel, comfy clothing and a positive attitude x

How many times should I practice a week?

Between 3 & 5 times a week is a perfect balance.

Should I eat or drink before class?

We recommend no food 1.5 to 2hrs before class.
